Toddler Try It

10:00 AM - Noon

Spatial awareness emerges at a very young age. Explore materials similar to the 10 gifts developed by Frobel, an early pedagogist. Young children, ages 18 months to 3 years, use real tools and explore the creative process as they delve into different hands-on art and science activities each Friday morning.

Shape Play

10:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Explore shapes, geometry and symmetry as you sort objects, build with blocks and design with shapes of all colors and sizes.

Wizard Wonders Cub Scout Adventures

6:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Registration includes engaging activities led by enthusiastic Museum educators, a Providence Children’s Museum Wizard Wonders fun patch, , after-hours play in the Museum, and a free admission pass for each Cub Scout for a future Museum visit. Wizard Wonders activities can apply to many belt loops including: Tiger Elective Adventures: Curiosity, Intrigue, and Magic, Family Stories, Stories in Shapes; Wolf Elective Adventure: Air of the Wolf; Bear Elective Adventure: Super Science; Webelo Elective Adventure: Adventures in Science
